| Hi there, can anyone please let me know wich companies does employ ex police members. I did apply with a certain company and they told me that they don't realy take in any police members anymore.
Would realy like to know why.

I don't know which company told you that, but what I can tell you is that it depends largely on the PSD Commander or Security Manager to confirm appointments, and the rest of the industry have a misconception that SA Policemen have no "military" experience, which of course is totally off-track.
Most other country police services do not have "counter-terrorism" and SWAT training as standard, which means you have to high-light that fact.
You need to mention in your Resume that you have "para-military" training, and be specific regarding your courses and dates.
